The exercise stress test evaluates how your heart performs under physical exertion. During the test, you’ll walk on a treadmill while the speed and incline gradually increase, and your heart rhythm, blood pressure, and symptoms are monitored throughout. This helps your cardiologist identify problems — such as reduced blood flow to the heart muscle or exercise-induced arrhythmias — that may not be apparent when the heart is at rest. The test is performed under close supervision by our experienced team, and you’ll be encouraged to stop whenever you feel it is necessary.
